In the process, we will explore a variety of fixed form and free verse poetry to learn which forms might best serve the dream’s tone and theme. Take a deep dive into the authentic expression of your voice and soul essence! In this 4-week program, we explore your inner soundscape using grounding practices, vocal toning, mantras, guided visual meditations, improvisation of sound and song and creating + performing your own song!

The voice becomes a medium to meet your vulnerable edge and any fear of expression with a playful energy. This class is not about learning to sing better or pretty. It is about freeing your voice, this magical tool we use every day to co-create our lives. We will unlock suppressed and buried creative treasure, inner power and vitality.

Our voice is a bridge connecting us to our muse and desires. We are all born singing and dancing. Somewhere along the way, we may have abandoned parts of ourselves due to judgements from others and ourselves.

Hop on the journey to reclaim your voice as an instrument of play and power!
