Oxygen Art Centre is delighted to be again partnering with the Polka Dot Dragon Arts Society to hold a workshop for folks to make their own luminaria to participate in the 2026 Remember the Dead Festival. This workshop is held at Oxygen Art Centre during the Fall Semester [2026]: Part One.

Oxygen’s Education program takes place at the artist-run centre’s downtown Nelson facility at #3-320 Vernon Street via alleyway access behind Baker Street (behind Hipperson’s Hardware @ Stanley Ave. entry).
