    The first of two weekend-long workshops will be led by curator Melanie O’Brian at Oxygen Art Centre following a free public lecture.     Readings by five area authors will be part of a celebration Friday, Nov. 3 starting at 7:30 p.m. at Nelson, B.C.’s Oxygen Art Centre to mark the final issue after 20 years of the West Kootenay’s only regularly published literary magazine, New Orphic Review.
